Shirtsmack.com sprung into eternal existence in the spring of 2002 with ideas so grand, and so bold on a cosmic scale, that we actually had to delay our launch for 10 years. You see, we thought that simply peddling t-shirts was beneath the intellectual capacity of those we knew would appreciate and eventually adorn their upper torsos with. 

We wanted to do more. We had to do more. And more we will do. 

The world is a truly dynamic display of infinite wonder. We also think it quite a funny place in almost every way. To that end,  we at Shirtsmack have embarked on a three-fold mission that fuels all we do:

   1. To make high quality t-shirts that infuse and bind commercial responsibility with damn swanky humor.

   2. To raise awareness around and for the advancement and legalization of hemp cultivation for commercial use in our grand old country. Any other  plant out there that has over 30,000 uses ranging from fuel to health food, please stand up. That's what we thought!

   3. To help lift the stigma attached to responsible marijuana use while exposing the glaring hypocrisies that alcohol consumption embodies. Don't get us wrong, we love a nice, cold, tasty alcoholic beverage from time to time. But to glorify it, while simultaneously condemning responsible marijuana use seems to us, beyond hypocritical. We decided to keep it simple while keeping it real. 

Make no mistake. We want to sell our cool tees to all but especially to those who understand that off-kilter humor can also swirl into something massively important to the environment and have a far-reaching positive influence throughout our communities. In doing so, we commit to a donation of 10% of our net profits to the hemp lobby and other pro marijuana initiatives.
